Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ignitova's website (ignitova.com) or any of our software products including GetQuot (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Ignitova Technologies Private Limited.

Ignitova provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, custom software development services, AI solutions, CRM development, web and mobile application development, and cloud services. The specific features and limitations of each product are described on our website and in the applicable product documentation.

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Promptly update your account information when it changes. • Notify us immediately at contact@ignitova.com if you suspect unauthorised access. • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Paid Services are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee. • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel. • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. • Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. • Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.), which will be added to your invoice.

You agree not to use our Services to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others. • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts. • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data without our written permission. • Resell or sublicense our Services without prior written authorisation. • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

All content, software, and technology comprising our Services — including but not limited to logos, designs, code, algorithms, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Ignitova Technologies Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works. Content you create within our Services remains your property. You grant Ignitova a limited licence to store and process such content solely to provide the Services.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's non-public information and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing obligations under these Terms. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignitova's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ignitova in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Ignitova be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
